At Exyno, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we need it, and how we handle it.
1. What data do we collect?
We process only the data necessary for the platform to function and to evaluate sports challenges:
- Identity Data: First name, last name, email address, and profile picture (obtained during registration via Google or Strava).
- Strava Data: If you connect your account, we fetch activity data (sport type, date, distance, duration, and elevation). Important: We never fetch or store your GPS coordinates or route maps.
- User Content: Photos or evidence that you manually upload to your activities.
- Technical Data: Browser version, language preferences, and system logs required for security and stability.
2. Why do we collect this data?
We use your data strictly to:
- Create and manage your user profile.
- Automatically evaluate your participation in sports challenges.
- Display leaderboards and award badges.
- Ensure platform security and prevent fraud.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is accessible only to:
- Subprocessors (Tools): Firebase (Google) for authentication and hosting, Strava (for activity synchronization).
- Administrators: Only to the extent necessary for activity verification or technical support.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. You can cancel your account directly in the application settings.
