• Uploaded Content: Users agree not to upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal photos. Uploaded photos must relate exclusively to the activity being performed (e.g., fitness watch screenshot, photo of the sports venue).

You perform activities and complete challenges at your own risk.

• Exyno is not liable for any injuries, health damages, or property damages incurred in connection with completing challenges within the application.
• We recommend considering your current health status before starting any physical activity. Exyno is not a healthcare provider.

You can cancel your account at any time in the application settings. We reserve the right to suspend your account in the event of a breach of these terms.
